The Traverse is 13-14 km of advanced level orienteering, mass start, T-shirts to all finishers.

Registration fee is $18 if postmarked by November 12th, $25 if postmarked or submitted online later. No day-of-event registration.

Collect registration packet on day 10 -10:30am at "Picnic Site #5," at the west end of Houghton's Pond.

Carpool to start by 10:40.

Mass start at 11am, somewhere in the Blue Hills Reservation.

Save time -- bring a signed NEOC waiver with you.

From I-93 (Rt.128 in Milton), take exit 3 (marked Houghtons Pond). Go north on Ponkapoag Trail about 250 meters to the commuter parking lot on your right;
or continue north to stop sign and turn right, continue 300 meters to the large parking area on the right. (900 Hillside St, Milton, MA).

Parking for both the Traverse and the recreational courses is in the lot off of Blue Hill River Road, or in the main Houghton's Pond lot.
