Registration
Register online here. Online registration is required for all participants. Limited day-of registration will be offered for White, Yellow and Orange Recreational courses only.
Special Information: We have allowed the maximum possible registration window, until we are committed to print maps, etc. Our top commitment is to volunteer and participant safety, and we will provide a full refund to participants who decide at the last minute not to attend because they feel unwell, are experiencing possible COVID-19 symptoms, or are under quarantine requirements.
If, because of virus concerns, you prefer to start alone, inform the Registrar in the field for "special requests" on the registration form. He will try to accommodate you with an early start time.
Registration Deadlines

- Normal registration rates apply through (Sat) September 25, 2021
- Late registration rates from (Sun) September 26 to (Tue) September 28, 2021.
- Registration closes at 11:59PM, (Tue) September 28, 2021.
Recreational Courses
White, Yellow, and Orange recreational courses will be available both days. No pre-registration required. Free for NEOC members; otherwise, $10 per course.

Changes to entries
- Changes to entries may be made through Sep 25, 2021 at no charge.
- Changes may be made after Sep 25 with a $10/competitor charge.
- Changes to entries after Sep 28th are at the discretion of the event staff.
Cancellations
- COVID-health-related cancellations: refunds will be provided at no charge, including on race day, to participants who refrain from attending because they feel sick, experience COVID-19 symptoms, or are under a quarantine requirement.
- Non-COVID-health-related cancellations:
- Through Sep 25th: no charge.
- Sep 26-Sep 28: refund with a $10/competitor charge.
- After Sep 28: no refund.
